Digital WHAT???

As far as I can guess, I think you are reading this blog because you are connected to the Internet. I believe you have a computer and that you use it very often to surf, to look for information or just to waste a considerable amount of your spare time.
Being connected to the Internet is now everyday stuff. In western societies it is almost impossible to live “unplugged”. Everybody has easy access to the Net and has become familiar with the possibilities we are offered by the virtual world.
Marketers are not aliens, in the sense that they perfectly know how to exploit the usage of the Internet and other mean of communication in order to get their final objective (sales!). Read the rest of this entry »

We are a group of 7 students studying Marketing and Corporate Communication. We are aged 23 to 25 and we currently study at the university of Lugano, a beautiful city in the Italian-speaking side of Switzerland.
We are very curious people, we love what we study and we are willing to share with a larger audience the topics we consider to be interesting.
To be more precise, in this blog we will be dealing with what has been called “digital marketing”, sometimes called “e-marketing”. We will be using this blog to express and share with you our thoughts, our experiences and our opinions about everything related to marketing on the Net. We would like to hear your comments and to have suggestions about the topics, too.
